Information collected

When you enquire, we store your name, mobile number, optional email, project or location interest, configuration, message and consent choices. We also record the enquiry origin, landing page, referrer, campaign parameters, submission time and IP address for attribution and abuse prevention.

How enquiries are used

Realty Visions uses this information to respond to your request, arrange a callback or site visit, and manage follow-up. Promotional updates require the separate optional marketing consent. Submitting a form does not reserve a property.

Storage and preferences

Enquiries are held in our database and restricted to authenticated admin users. Browser storage remembers campaign attribution, popup frequency and whether you submitted an enquiry. Session cookies support form security and admin login. The site records conversion events for configured analytics; external advertising services are not enabled by default.

External resources

Project documents, map links and messaging links may take you to third-party services whose privacy practices apply. Font and interface libraries may load from external providers.

Use our contact page to request access, corrections, deletion or withdrawal of optional marketing consent. Include enough information to identify your enquiry; we may verify your identity before acting.
